Everyone is talking about chatbots right now. They are a big deal in the tech world that is taking the entire planet by storm in both good ways and bad. So what exactly is it? How does a chatbot work? While it is simple, in a way, that you can just write into the chat AI and discuss with it anything you might desire, there are also a ton of concerns about that very same service. They have also become something of an international concern as other nations and companies around the world are racing to come up with their own. Will this lead to a new kinds of AI arms race?
