I walk through how I use the new ChatGPT Pulse feature on my phone and what it actually does. ChatGPT Pulse starts the conversation for you, instead of you having to type first.
It shows a daily update called “Today’s Pulse” based on your chat history, memories, and any topics you told it to focus on. I show how it pulls up reminders, follow-ups, or even dinner ideas, all based on your past chats. If you connect Gmail or Google Calendar, it can give even more helpful updates. Right now, Pulse is only for Pro users on the mobile app, and I demo exactly how it works on my account.
