Parmy Olson is an accomplished journalist and author known for her insightful coverage of technology and business. As a columnist for Bloomberg Opinion, she has provided in-depth analysis and commentary on the tech industry’s most pressing issues. Parmy is also the author of “We Are Anonymous,” a critically acclaimed book that explores the rise of the hacker collective Anonymous.
Since joining Bloomberg from the Wall Street Journal, much of Parmy’s research has focussed on the emergence of AI which has resulted in her upcoming Semptember 2024 book, “Supremacy: AI, ChatGPT and the Race that will Change the World”.
